This Chiroso is clean and consistent. The body and sweetness hit a happy medium. However you decide to brew this coffee, it hits with an approachable brightness that finishes clean. Notes include red currant, dried cherry, a firm minerality, subtle citrus and undertones of garden flowers and cashew butter. This is a great coffee for all types of brew styles & preferences. Edgar
