Poaquil ANAEROBIC | Guatemala
This is the most unique version of our most impactful and longest coffee relationship (since 2016)! Our farmers at "Cooperativa La Asuncion” have once again run an Anaerobic Honey process on their ripest yellow bourbons, exclusively for our Ethos family! Expect a remarkably aromatic and sweet cup bursting with juicy, dark cherry notes, caramelized toffee undertones and a smooth body, leading to a persistent chocolate finish that lingers… an amazing way to begin your days on a high note! Coffee cherries were hand picked and partially de-pulped before undergoing anaerobic fermentation on sealed
Merchant's tasting notes: dark cherry, caramelized toffee, chocolate
