Beatnik Blend (Legacy Wholesale)
Our Daily Driver. This is the blend served daily at our cafe, on espresso and drip. While thoughtfully composed with espresso in mind, it serves fantastically as a filter coffee. The Beatnik blend evokes a morning pastry with it's Pecan and Shortbread Cookie notes - both in flavor and body. As the coffee cools, a gentle Pear acidity cuts through the buttery pastry notes to bring some levity to the cup. Origins / Processes / Varietals: Peru San Ignacio (Washed) Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, Pache Guatemala Huehuetenango (Washed) Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pache Altitude : 1800 – 2000 meters
