Caramel | Almond | Cocoa Nibs Dark Roast Izotalillo is a small village nestled in the mountains near El Salvador’s northern border with Honduras. The coffee from this region is shade-grown and hand-processed by the ten families who reside there. While the community also cultivates corn and beans, coffee has been a staple crop since 1993, when the farmers returned to their land to rebuild after years of regional conflict.
