Peru | Finca Ecólogica Gesha
Cultivated by Gilmer Cordova in the high-altitude microclimates of Huabal, Cajamarca, this organic Gesha microlot represents the careful, sustainable farming practices of Finca Ecológica. Lightly roasted to highlight its delicate floral and sweet complexities, this lot features fragrant jasmine notes upfront, balanced by a smooth, creamy body reminiscent of custard and the bright, gentle sweetness of a lemon cookie. Clean, nuanced, and well structured, it offers an expressive look into Peruvian coffee craft.
