This coffee is a blend of two single origins we have plenty of and that can fit into the price point to keep Primer accessible. 50% of Primer V3 is Cesar Pedroza's Gesha, which builds a complexity into the mouthfeel and softens the overall presentation of the cup. The other half is Santos Pablo's field blend, which provides more overall structure, and a classic chocolatey body when roasted further. Santos is pictured in the third image. Surrounded by a familiar and comforting roast-y character, this is a balanced, sweet, soft, and creamy cup that will be great on classic drip or as traditional
