This coffee was our special pick of the year. I was amazed at how juicy and vibrant and fun this was to cup. I love the. peach and brown sugar and tea like body. I love the process and time and hard work it took to grown and produce and develop this coffee. It's an hour to road this coffee. This coffee is roasted light but has a nice juicy body. Loving this on v60 at a 1:15 ratio. 15g coffee to 250 gram water with 3 pours. Also exciting on a course soup shop on oxo brewer. comes whole bean 8oz Bag only
