Smooth and velvety… nuts and chews from the box of chocolates. Tastes like: Caramel, milk chocolate with a lovely mild berry finish. Notes and Notes: This is the only natural process coffee we have on the menu. “Natural Process” means that the coffee ferments naturally, instead of through the help of the producer. The temperature of the day, and the ripe fruit sugars are the active elements in this case. Intact coffee cherry is dried after selected picking, past the raisin stage, all the way to little woody nuggets, before they are milled to reveal the green seed inside. Natural process coffee
