Carefully processed and slowly dried, the coffee develops a clean structure with balanced sweetness and soft fruit character. The cup offers notes of mellow Kahlua, cocoa, and fresh coffee cherry — tart, smooth, sweet, and clean. Carefully roasted in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
