Here at Repetition, whenever we have the chance to snag a lot from ASMUCAFE, we jump on the opportunity! We’re so excited to offer this coffee from El Tambo, a region in Colombia well regarded for specialty coffee production. These coffee cherries go through a unique double fermentation. After harvesting, they are left in the cherries for 14 hours, before being placed in fermentation tanks for 10 hours. After this process, the cherries are washed 3 to 4 times, and then dried in the sun for anywhere from 8 to 12 days. This fermentation process locks in the delicious flavors that make Colombian
