Ethiopia Getachew Zekele Tero Farm Microlot
Tasting Notes: Black Tea, Floral, Honey Origin: Ethiopia Region: South Guji Farm: Tero Farm Process: Washed Variety: 4158, 74165, 74110, 74112 Elevation: 2000 masl Importer: Crop 2 Cup This coffee comes to us from Getachew Zekele's Tero Farm in Guji. It is one of two coffees we have at the moment from Zekele - this one was sourced entirely from Zekele's own farm. We roasted this coffee slightly lighter than the community lot. The resulting cup is very clean and delicate. Hints of black tea and lovely florals are reinforced by a honey-like sweetness. Before he became one of Guji
