Colombia Nogales Decaf
Colombia - Nogales Caturra Decaf We are thrilled to introduce our newest arrival, a Caturra Decaf from the renowned Finca Nogales in Huila, Colombia. Cultivated in the highlands of Pitalito, these Caturra cherries undergo a ground breaking, natural solvent decaffeination process. Instead of using chemicals or shipping the beans to off site processing facilities, the Hernández family uses a natural ethyl acetate (EA) solvent from the coffee's own fermented pulp and mucilage. This removes the caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural sweetness. Our 2025 Visit to the Farm When we visited Fin
