The Major Tom Dark Roast is the result of a collaboration with Bauman's Cedar Valley Farm and LUGEF Cooperative, farming in Masaka, Uganda. In 2018, our green-buyer visited the farm in Uganda, forming a connection and relationship to the families who grow this delicious coffee. We blend this Ugandan bean with one from East Timor, a formerly Portuguese and Indonesian colony that gained independence in 2002.
