Costa Rica Las Lajas – Catuai Semi Honey Varietatea Catuai este cultivată la altitudini de peste 1.400 m și este procesată prin metoda Semi Honey – un proces hibrid între spălare și honey, în care o parte din mucilagiul natural al cireșei este păstrat pe bob în timpul uscării. Asta intensifică dulceața și corpolența, dar păstrează claritatea specifică cafelelor din Costa Rica. Rezultatul este o cafea cu dulceață intensă , corp cremos și claritate remarcabilă în ceașcă , ce evidențiază terroir-ul costarican într-un mod echilibrat și memorabil. Ideală pentru: Pour-over, Aeropress, Espresso light
