Ethiopia | Yirgacheffe
Proud to offer this new deliciously clean Ethiopia Yirgacheffe from Keffa Coffee ! A washed coffee that promises a balanced cup, while containing subtle floral notes. Known as YirgZ, this coffee has been a staple relationship of Keffa’s and we are excited to offer it this summer! Ethiopia has struggled with huge impacts on their coffee cultivation based on climate change, deforestation, armed conflicts, inflation and more. Uniquely similar to many places in the world that are struggling with almost too many variables to get a handle on, we feel lucky to be stocking bags of this old world heirl
