Ethiopia - Gedeb Chelbessa The coffee is produced by Moplaco, a family coffee company founded by Yiannis Georgalis in 1971 and led by his daughter, Heleanna Georgalis, since 2008. After returning to Ethiopia to take over the company, Heleanna expanded Moplaco's work through farms and washing stations in several coffee-growing areas, including Gedeb and Gedeo.
