This traceable lot comes from Mr. Getaneh Girma , a lifelong coffee farmer from Wogida Kebele in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. His 5.5-hectare coffee garden sits at 2,090 meters above sea level , where the high elevation and cooler climate create the ideal conditions for producing remarkable Yirgacheffe coffee. This Grade 1 Natural coffee is dried on raised African beds for approximately 12–14 days, allowing its vibrant fruit and floral character to shine. What can you expect in th
Merchant's tasting notes: jasmine, hibiscus florals, fresh apricot, blueberry, juicy acidity, candy-like sweetness
