Gilmer Cordova - Peruvian Washed Gesha
An exceptional microlot from Cajamarca, Peru. Meticulously sorted and processed for a clean and well balanced cup. Gilmer planted Gesha about five years ago and is harvesting some of the best lots we've tasted. The Gesha variety is known for it's floral, juicy notes, while the Peruvian terrior adds a balanced buttery body. Our first trip to Peru was in 2019. It was a "discovery trip" to learn more about the coffee culture, associations and producers. We first met Gilmer Cordova on that trip, as he was helping organize LimCof, the producer association we purchase coffee from in Jaen, Cajamarca,
