It’s a region known for the highest elevations in Central America. María Velasquez Cruz is a member of the cooperative. She farms just under two acres of land which she calls “El Rinconcito” or her special little corner of the world. She has been producing coffee since 2020. She utilizes the agronomy technical assistance from the cooperative to help her learn to produce great coffe
