Costa Rica, Finca Teresa, Steven Vargas, Natural
Grown on the active Poás volcano, this Catuaí is picked at deep purple ripeness for Don Sabino Mill's signature Double Natural process. Fermenting and drying inside the whole cherry pushes the fruit forward, while sweetness and body keep it balanced. Notes: Rainier Cherry, Chocolate Ganache, Caramel
Merchant's tasting notes: rainier cherry, chocolate ganache, caramel
