Light-Medium Roast. Sweet, bright, and floral. Notes of Apricot. Wolisho, Dega Varietals, Natural Processed. This coffee from Yirgacheffe is a little different from others we’ve had in the past. Its flavor profile is less fruity and floral, which is caused by the processing. The more traditional Ethiopian style natural processing, while this is washed processed which means the fruit gets washed away instead of staying on the bean to dry.
