Guatemala – City Roast
Light roasts are dropped out during first crack (FC). We roast this bean as a city roast, which means we drop the roast out shortly after FC. This allows the sugars in the bean to start caramelizing, which enhances the toffee flavor of the bean while keeping its crisp, clean, and fruity body. This is Jacob’s go-to coffee.
