After their practiced precision in harvesting and sorting, this carbonic maceration natural from Maria Maritza and Francisco Sanchez with the Gold Mountain Coffee Group undergoes a long 175.25 hr. fermentation. The results are a fruit and wine medley, champagne grapes, moscato, Heidelberg melonenschnaps, mango, with hints of brighter berries and a citrus rind finish. Sweetness is strong and on the cleaner side; the body is smooth and silky given the fruit bouquet. We’re running 8oz bags at a lower price because everyone should try this one.
