This one goes out to all you French and Italian roast lovers out there. Dark roast coffee hasn't been getting a lot of love recently - especially from the specialty coffee world - as the business leans into lighter fruitier flavor profiles. This is our homage to the dark roast 2nd wave coffee of yesteryear. We use a similar blend to our Mugshot and push it further on the roast - which yields a delicious cup of coffee.
