Currently Roasting: Ethiopia—Single Origin— Washed Process—Light Roast Grown at 1,800–2,300 meters in Gedeb, Ethiopia by the 755 farmers of Banko Dhadhato Cooperative. Their small, forested farms grow coffee among fruit trees, legumes, and enset. Cherries are carefully washed, soaked, and sun-dried on raised beds for around two weeks.
