Brazil Chapada de Minas
This single-origin medium roast is perfect for espresso, but its bold taste, full body, and mellow acidity guarantee a great cup no matter the brew method. Grown in Chapada de Minas, a southeastern region of Brazil, the tropical climate and high elevation allow for warm days and cool nights, helping to develop a depth and complexity to the coffee's flavor. In Brazil, the natural processing method uses as little intervention as possible, and coffee cherries are dried while they're still on the tree, resulting in a richer, sweeter flavor with notes of smooth milk chocolate and toasted granola.
