This is Peregrine’s first coffee from Mexico , sourced through our longtime friends at Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Grown by smallholder producers in the Nuevo Paraiso community of Chiapas , including producer Jorge Luis Hernández López , this washed lot brings together classic varieties like Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon alongside Marsellesa.
