Ethiopia Benti Nenqa - 75% Coffee Bean-to-Bar
This 75% coffee bean-to-bar was made from an organic natural processed coffee from small holder farms in Guji, in Southern Ethiopia. Benti Nenqa washing station is named for the kebele, or village, where the coffee is harvested. The beans were ground over multiple days before being incorporated with cocoa butter and sugar, so they could be tempered into decadent chocolate bars. When we taste this chocolate, we think of...
