Finca La Chorrera is a 3.5-hectare farm in Huila, managed by third-generation producer Víctor Alfonso Bonilla. At 6,200 ft, the entire farm is dedicated to 5,500 rare Bourbon Aruzi trees. Bourbon Aruzi is a unique Colombian variety, first discovered as an unusual mutation in Cauca, now being grown in Huila. Its genetics trace back to Ethiopian Landrace, connecting this distinctive variety to the ancient diversity of Arabica.
