These beans come from the Konga Coop in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. They are Fair Trade Certified. The high elevation and rainfall that the region experiences results in an amazingly unique cup. It is light bodied and features a fruit forward profile of grapefruit and red berries with a jasmine aroma and rounded out with a subtle chocolate. Flavor Profile: Light Body. Fruity. Jasmine Aroma.
