Alejandro, one of the sons of the family, went to school in San Antonio and started selling his dad's coffee all across Texas. We've known him for a number of years now and have been loving this years washed coffee! Located at the highlands of the San Miguel Volcano, a cool and naturally shady climate, provides ideal growing conditions for the bourbon and local heirloom varietals present on the plantation.
