Colombia Huila Dark
COLOMBIA HUILA – Dark Roast Origin: From the mountains of Huila, Colombia , this coffee is cultivated by small family farms at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level. The region’s volcanic soils, cool climate, and hand-picked harvests produce a bold, balanced cup. Tasting Notes: Rich flavors of dark chocolate, panela, and dried plum , with a full body and low, mellow acidity. The dark roast brings out intensity without overpowering the origin’s character. Brewing Recommendation: Espresso or Moka Pot Ratio: Espresso: 1:2 – 18g of coffee for 36g of espresso, 28-30 seconds. Moka
