Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
The Yirgacheffe (Yer-ga-chef) coffee is a contrast to its cousin Harrar. Yirgacheffe beans are wet processed, making their flavors clean and vibrant. Intense herbal and tea like notes with a delicate acidity making it an ideal introduction to African coffees. This medium bodied coffee is roasted to a full city, making it a balanced option for all coffee enthusiasts!
