O café da Fazenda Recanto vem de uma região abençoada e ideal para o plantio de cafés especiais. A equipe C&J selecionou o café da safra 2017/2018, 100% Arábica, da variedade Acaía. Esta espécie de planta é comum nas melhores regiões produtoras brasileiras. O nome Acaiá, em tupi-guarani, significa frutos com sementes grandes, o que caracteriza as cultivares deste grupo. A secagem dos grãos foi realizada em terreiro de cimento com finalização em secador.
