All the coffee cherries are pulped, washed, soaked, and sun-dried. This process leaves the coffee beans with a rich, full, and sweet taste. This coffee was not grown on a traditional farm, instead, it was handpicked in small community gardens in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea.
