Hello everyone, We have a surprise small amount of coffee from Ratnagiri Estate, India! We've been wanting to source coffee from Asia and this was an opportunity we couldn't pass! We cupped samples from Ratnagiri last year, but it wasn't our cup of tea with bit more of fermentation than what we normally like. But this time, when our importing partner mentioned 'this lot is lowkey tasting like washed Ethiopian,' how can you say no before you try?
