Colombia Natural Pink Bourbon Experimental
A Golden Bean Bronze medalist and 95-point coffee, " Neapolitan Ice Cream " is a rare experimental coffee from Edwin Noreña's Campo Hermoso in Quindío, Colombia. Most naturals simply dry inside the fruit. This one gets fed first. The cherries spend five days sealed in tanks; the sweet juice they release is cultured with raspberry and yeast, then poured back over them five times. Ten days of sun-drying follow. Strawberry candy sweetness, milk chocolate richness, a delicate cherry blossom finish. Every scoop in one cup. Amazing as espresso , in milk , or as filter . Tasting Notes: Strawberry Can
Merchant's tasting notes: strawberry candy, milk chocolate, cherry blossom
