Black Magic
TAKE A SIP Brazilian and Sumatran beans, taken dark. As dark as we go, but never burnt. Dark chocolate up front, molasses underneath, and a heavy, bold finish. This is the one our regulars at Vineyard Farmers Market grab without looking at anything else. How to brew French press is where Black Magic shines. 20g coffee, 300g water, 4 minutes. Drip and espresso work well too. Holds up in milk drinks. Why it's in the lineup Our farmers market bestseller. Bold, not bitter.
