One of those unique flavors came in casks from the American colonies, now known as Bourbon. The “new lands” were plentiful with corn (maize) and this grain gave a satisfying flavor for the Scottish immigrants who applied their trade of whiskey making in America. Now, Solway Coffee has developed a method of combining the subtle tastes of smokey bourbon and sweet arabica coffee to created an amazing after-dinner coffee that is smooth and not too boozy.
