The Lasso family founded Finca El Diviso, and specializes in experimenting with new methods of high quality Colombian coffees. This coffee is of the Sidra varietal, which is a rare varietal of the Arabica coffee family and tends to have a unique sweet and bold flavor. With notes of tropical punch, raspberry, and rose hips, this coffee tastes like a moment of clarity and inspiration.
