This coffee was originally discontinued, but in collaboration with CGLE we were able to help revive this coffee and redevelop the processing and production to bring it back to life, exclusively for us! For those new to this coffee, it is a naturally processed Colombia varietal coming from the Potosi farm at the famous Cafe Granja La Esparanza. The Colombia coffee varietal is a hybrid of Caturra and the infamous Hybrido de Timor, a hugely influential cross between Arabica and Robusta that brings a lot of disease resistant traits to Arabica.
