Ethiopia - Anasora Site
Anasora Site is our second component of Blend No. 1, and blend component sourcing is harder than single origin sourcing in some respects. We have to consider if we would like the coffee with the base of the blend as well as by itself. We were looking specifically for a natural Ethiopian that could add depth and fruity complexity to the Primavera Family base without taking away from the blend's body or mouthfeel.
