Ethiopia - Chilaka Village
Hello! We're back with our first coffee to kick off Neem's Ethiopia season. This coffee is from high up (2,330-2,390masl) from Bensa, Sidama region of Ethiopia where historically have been producing amazing coffees. We've worked with Falcon Coffee who's been sourcing amazing Ethiopian coffees from Alo Coffee. As any other amazing Ethiopian coffees, this coffee has lingering floral from beginning to the end, hot to cold, almost like somebody sprayed perfume. When you come close to a cup, you'll get intense green/ white fruit notes like bergamot. With lingering floral, this coffee reminds us of
