Ethiopia Gorbitu
Tasting Notes: Winegum, Golden Berries Area: Gedeo Zone, Yirgacheffe Farm: Negele Gorbitu Varietal: Heirloom Process: Anaerobic Roast: Light An Ethiopian anaerobic coffee we love for the way it showcases what modern processing can bring to a classic origin. Expect a nostalgic hit of wine gums and some complexity wrapped in the juicy fruitiness Ethiopia is known for. This coffee comes from Negele Gorbitu in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, where ripe cherries are carefully selected before being sealed in oxygen-free tanks. The cherries ferment for several days under pressure, allowing the natural sugars
