Tanzanian Peaberry Mbeya Mimba Estate-Medium Roast
Country: Tanzania Region: Mbozi Farm: Mimba Estate Elevation : 1400 to 1700 meters Varietals : Bourbon,Kents Milling Process : Fully Washed Drying Process : Raised beds Cupping Notes: Full of flavor, sweet and winy. Notes of dark chocolate, mild lemon and creamy. Peaberry coffees are much rarer and have more flavor the normal coffees due the coffee cherry only producing one bean opposed to two. We source this coffee from the Mimba Estate, located in Mbozi, Mbeya in Southwest Tanzania, was established in 1995 by Joseph Meila, a Swiss immigrant who arrived in Tanzania almost a decade earlier.
