Whistle Pig Barrel Aged Coffee
Partnering with the renown Whistle Pig Whiskey guys from Shorham, VT., our unroasted coffee beans are aged for 6 weeks in recently emptied Whiskey Pig Rye whiskey barrels. The barrels are periodically rotated to ensure the beans are evenly distributed and saturated. The results are coffee beans that are imbued with the aroma of whiskey; then artfully roasted to a medium level for optimim flavor. Unique & delicious!
