A Seasonal offering from Onyx incorporating both washed and natural processed coffees from Ethiopia in equal blend. Floral aromas hit the nose followed by plum and black forest in the round. Fantastic as an iced pour over, or americano. If you enjoy ice teas, this is the blend for you. It tastes of summer! What is the roast recency? Onyx recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast . All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 8-12 weeks.
