Cloudburst is a natural process coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia. This coffee was produced Bekele Mekonnen on the Kachara Farm. Bekele strives to produce award-winning coffees by continuously improving and innovating different farming techniques. The cost of getting organic certifications are high, especially for smallholders, however Bekele uses organic practices when it comes to using compost and fertilizer for the coffee plants.
