Process: Washed Elevation 1400-1900 MASL Region: Kunjin, Western Highlands Country: Papua New Guinea Roasting Schedule: Our coffees are currently small batch weekly roasts, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. We roast Tuesday - Thursday and ship on Friday. Orders placed later than 4:30PM CT on Wednesday will be processed the following week.
