As the seasons change and weather varies, this region of Ethiopia has a unique bean flavor year to year. Our new chasing has a similar base as the old with floral notes and less acidity than our lighter roast counterpart, Porch Rocker. It will host a hint of both strawberry and green tea to still give you that fruity twist.
